Complaints
Process pending confirmation: The client must name the service, privacy, accessibility, and professional complaint owners before launch.
Raising a concern
Concerns should first be sent to the verified complaints contact that will be published on this page. Include your name, preferred response method, a concise description, and the resolution you are seeking. Do not send confidential documents through a public website form.
How concerns are handled
The final procedure will explain acknowledgement timing, who reviews each type of concern, expected response timing, records and privacy handling, escalation, and how a complainant may request an accommodation.
Professional or regulatory concerns
Where a concern relates to a regulated professional, the final page will identify the responsible professional and provide the appropriate public-register or regulatory complaint information without implying that AV Global is the regulator.
No retaliation
Good-faith feedback and complaints should be handled respectfully and without retaliation. Emergency matters and statutory deadlines should not be submitted through a general website complaint process.
