Website purpose

This website provides general information about AV Global and a way to request contact or a consultation. It does not provide a personalized eligibility decision or guarantee that a service will be offered.

No professional relationship through website use

Browsing the website or submitting a public form does not create a consultant-client, solicitor-client, or other professional relationship. A relationship begins only under the appropriate written agreement with the responsible professional.

Consultations and further services

A consultation request does not confirm an appointment. Availability, responsible professional, scope, format, fee, tax, cancellation terms, and required agreement details must be provided before a paid or personalized consultation begins. Any representation or additional professional work requires a separate service agreement.

Counselor consultation payments

The website may accept a one-time CAD $60 Counselor Consultation payment plus applicable HST through Stripe. The payment is for the stated consultation time and scope; it does not guarantee eligibility, admission, immigration status, approval, or another outcome. AV Global confirms scheduling and appointment details separately after Stripe verifies payment.

If AV Global cannot arrange the purchased Counselor Consultation, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. To request cancellation or rescheduling, contact info@theavglobal.com as soon as possible and before the scheduled appointment. Any timing, attendance, late-cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions communicated in the appointment confirmation also apply. Do not submit a second payment if a confirmation is delayed; contact AV Global with the payment reference instead.

RCIC consultation payments

The website may accept a one-time CAD $100 RCIC Consultation payment plus applicable HST through Square. This is separate from the Counselor Consultation’s Stripe payment flow. The responsible professional, scope, required agreement, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms must be confirmed before regulated advice begins.

If AV Global cannot arrange the purchased RCIC Consultation, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. To request cancellation or rescheduling, contact Payment@theavglobal.com as soon as possible and before the scheduled appointment. Do not submit a second payment if confirmation is delayed; contact AV Global with the payment reference instead.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, interfere with service, or use the forms for spam.

Changing information

Immigration, education, and institutional rules can change. Website content may be reviewed, corrected, or removed without notice and should not replace current guidance from the responsible authority or an authorized professional.

Third-party services

Scheduling, video meetings, email, maps, public registers, or payment services may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. AV Global does not control third-party content or independent decision-makers.

Website availability and changes

AV Global may maintain, suspend, change, or remove website features and content. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not promised.
