General information and operational assistance

Website content, social-media content, and general inquiry responses provide general information or operational assistance. They do not determine eligibility, constitute personalized Canadian immigration advice, authorize representation, or create a consultant-client relationship.

Professional identity before regulated advice

Before regulated Canadian immigration advice begins, AV Global will identify the professional responsible for that advice, explain their relationship to AV Global, provide their current authorization details, and confirm the purpose and scope of the consultation.

Where the professional is regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, visitors should check the live CICC Public Register, including the professional’s exact name, licence class, current status, and entitlement to practise. A logo, company name, or old screenshot is not a substitute for the live register.

Written agreements

A public form is only a request. Before personalized regulated advice, the appropriate written consultation agreement must identify the responsible professional and document the purpose, scope, fee or pro-bono status, and other required terms. Representation or additional professional work begins only under a separate written service agreement.

No government relationship or guaranteed result

The AV Global Education Hub Inc. is an independent business. It is not the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or the College, and it cannot influence an independent decision-maker. No application, admission, employment, processing time, visa, permit, status, or other result is guaranteed.
